We are confident in our products, their stories and the impact you make with your purchase. That's why we make it easy for you to return, exchange and be refunded.
Free returns for 30 days!
We get it. Sometimes the item doesn't quite fit or simply was different than expected. No problem! Just submit a request for an exchange, store credit or refund, and our returns system will guide you. Once your request is accepted, you'll get an email with a pre-paid label to attach on your return item. Simply drop it off at your local post office, and we'll take it for there.

We have some fairness exceptions to our free return policy that may apply to your order.
Returning an item/order more than once
The first time you return an item, it is generally free. If, for example, you select the wrong size for the second time, we ask that you please contribute to our costs with the postage for sending the second item/order back to us. We'll still send out the second exchange for free. This exception does not apply in the case that the original replacement is flawed, in which case exchange shipping is generally free. Returning an item/order more than once is not eligible for refunds.
Items tagged as "sale" items
Items that are tagged as "sale" items have a more restrictive return policy. You'll have 15 days to return the item, and we ask that you please contribute to our costs with the postage for sending the sale item back to us. We'll still send you an exchange item or issue a store credit. Items marked as "sale" items are not eligible for refunds.
Items tagged as "final sale" items
Items that are tagged as "final sale" are not eligible for exchange, store credit or refunds.
Returns from outside of the US and Canada
Our free shipping and return policy applies to orders shipped to the US and Canada. We are unable to pre-arrange postage from other international locations. We ask that you simply go to your local post office and ship the item back to us at your cost.
